And if anyone removes any of the words from this volume of prophecy, God will remove that person's share in the tree of life and in the holy urban center that are described in this book.) Really, my bad. Seems that nearly scholars take that Jesus would take spoken in Hebrew about of the time. The "error" comes because in some places Aramaic is used, however co-ordinate to virtually scholars today the "greek" version we have in the synoptic Gospels is actually Hebrew translated discussion for word into Greek. Nevertheless my latter ii comments yet seem valid.
Goldie says:
Interesting; given that Jesus spoke nigh of the time in Aramaic, perhaps you tin can signal what the differences are between Hebrew and Aramaic. I understood that it was really more the way it was spoken rather than the written version.
When you say "Jewish Rabbis" exercise you in fact mean Matthew or do you lot have a different perspective on who wrote it/preserved information technology?
Too I do agree that a proper translation of the Old and New Testament is required – I find that at that place are many incorrect translations in the Greek as well as in the Hebrew – in function this is to do with historical Church politics.
I Just need to indicate out for some of the people who commented here that some parts of the New Testament were originally written in Greek (e.g. Luke'due south Gospel, book of Acts, most of Paul'due south letters etc) and then a Hebrew version would exist inappropriate.

Love Nehemia, dont get me wrong but really the american accent on hebrew is just misleading, for some americans normal, but for others a bit "unhebrew"

Dear Nehemia give thanks you lot very much for the Lord's prayer in Hebrew, I am learning Hebrew besides being atomic number 82 by the Ruach Hakkadesh, having the desire to learn to read Gods discussion from the original text, now that I've came into the noesis that all of the Bibles have been tampered with in some manner, shape or form by adding to it or taken from it, plain they don't care about the punishment the Male parent said would come to them in (Revelation 22:18-xix "And I solemnly declare to everyone who hears the words of prophecy written in this book: If anyone adds anything to what is written here, God will add to that person the plagues described in this book. nineteen. Thats missing in the prayer. Exercise y'all have any other prayers or scriptures in Hebrew translated to English like the 1 on this page? If then may I have the website please?
Roger says:
Thanks Nehemiah for your rapid reply. I gauge my formative education in a New York Yeshiva leaves me a bit concerned and biased about reciting the Pater Noster, a prayer and then primal to Christianity, and written by followers of Jesus. I am certain that you or the other Hakhamim could find a prayer more appropriate to the teachings of Jewdaism in general and Karaite philosophy specifically.
Please clarify, which part of the content of this prayer is not advisable for the teachings of Judaism? Would a lesson on prayer to angels or tzadikkim be more appropriate to the teachings of Judaism?
Anders Gunnar says:
As for me, I find this prayer focusing upon a desire for the clearing of the Creator's title to, and ownership of, each one and all among His created beings, non to mention all the rest of His creation! That is, a prayer designed to make me, you, and all, more apt to give our Maker the recognition He deserves as the Designer, Creator, and Owner of all.
Who needs a overcast title unto that which is truly His ain???!
Truly a prayer bringing out the very essence of the TaNaCh message!
More than at: http://adamoh.org/TreeOfLife.lan.io/IFoundMannah/KJVRevisions/TheLordsPrayerInterlinearFromHebrew.htm
thank you for this but I do question the ending rah A men sounds Egyptian and referencing an Egyptian deity A men Rah, is Amien which is so be information technology or perhaps Yahmein more advisable ? but saying… Berekyahu and shalom
Roger says:
Nehemiah I am dislocated. Is the Lord's Prayer a prayer appropriate to exist recited by Jews, peculiarly those who follow Karaite traditions. The prayer is after all from the New Testament (Matt. vi. ix-thirteen; Luke 11. 1-4), and equally such is non role of the what we believe to be the Words of Grand-D. If you accept changed your religious philosophy and now follow the teachings of Jesus, perhaps that should be disclosed.
Hi Roger, Karaite Jews traditionally pray a number of prayers that are not office of the Tanakh. For instance, Ein Keloheinu has been a role of communal Karaite services for centuries. If in that location is something in the "Our Father" prayer that is contrary to the Tanakh, I would love to hear about that. I would invite y'all to read my volume "A Prayer to Our Father" for more information.
Thank you lot for not giving the Yiddish pronunciation. It is so hard to understand east-coast rabbi's when they speak, trying to figure out what is an authentic 's' audio and what would exist read as 'th'. Todah.

Hi is there a text version of the hebrew text available cheers!
I learned to read hebrew and, I guess it'southward interesting to know all the versions found, but I enjoyed another version.

Jehoshua always said over and over that His kingdom was not of this earth; nosotros are to bring the higher realm to eretz ha-ze.
Isn't the tav without a dagash pronounced "thursday" not "te"?
Is that Keith'southward voice? Man, he sounds como Israeli!
Amanda says:
Thanks Nehemiah …. just wondering what Hebrew word you used for "temptation".
Nikolai says:
Thank you Nehemiah for this fantabulous learning tool! Simply to make it perfect, could you change it a little bit so it will look like a interlinear transliteration (discussion for word).

Inalbis says:
Toda Elohim . Thanks a lot from Bahía Blanca, Argentine republic.
Goldie says:
Really, my bad.
Waya says:
Hello
I can not get this to work. I have tryed any times..Can yous help
Thanks
Sister Waya
What system are you using (Windows vii, MacOS X, etc.) and which browser (Firefox, Chrome, etc.)? My first suggestion would be to endeavour a unlike browser. Also, you lot must look for all the files to download, which might take a minute or two on a tedious connection (I'k in China over a VPN and it takes nigh xxx seconds for me).
Mona says:
Lamentable… I've tried 3 different browsers and still no translation
Information technology seems to exist working for about people. Just to clarify: You hear the sound, merely exercise not see the translation?
Mona says:
I see a transliteration that yous can listen to the sound… and the Hebrew with the nikud.. but no English translation
Mona says:
Ah… I see information technology when you click on the Hebrew… it and then shows a translation
barb Hemphill says:
this is a huge blessing. Thankyou both nehmiah and Keith
Love Nehemia, dont get me wrong but really the american accent on hebrew is just misleading, for some americans normal, but for others a bit "unhebrew"
I'm sure that's what the Judeans said when they heard Peter speaking in his heavy Galilean emphasis.
Anders Gunnar says:
Nehemia and Keith,
Tremendous! What a wonderful learning tool! Cheers for ever!
Shalom!
Mona says:
.
A great prayer to learn. Although I've been didactics myself some Hebrew, It would be overnice to know what the english translation of the words would mean so that I can add to my vocabulary
You should exist able to see the English translation above the Hebrew. If you don't see it, please try opening it in a dissimilar browser.
? Rosea says:
Dear Nehemia give thanks you lot very much for the Lord's prayer in Hebrew, I am learning Hebrew besides being atomic number 82 by the Ruach Hakkadesh, having the desire to learn to read Gods discussion from the original text, now that I've came into the noesis that all of the Bibles have been tampered with in some manner, shape or form by adding to it or taken from it, plain they don't care about the punishment the Male parent said would come to them in (Revelation 22:18-xix "And I solemnly declare to everyone who hears the words of prophecy written in this book: If anyone adds anything to what is written here, God will add to that person the plagues described in this book. nineteen. And if anyone removes any of the words from this book of prophecy, God volition remove that person's share in the tree of life and in the holy city that are described in this book.) The prayer is very unlike then how we were taught to say information technology, question though at the end of the prayer you don't say and in the proper name of Immanuel (aka Jesus) equally Paul writes to the Colossians 3:17 "And whatsoever ye do in give-and-take or human action, practise all in the proper noun of the Lord Immanuel ( aka Jesus), giving thanks to God and the Father by him." Thats missing in the prayer.
Todah.
Sylvia says:
Breathtaking. Thank you!
Very, very cool. Can you give upwards your clandestine on what plugin y'all used to do the click and speak function?
Barry says:
Thanks Nehemiah,I have bookmarked this for instant admission….there is ane thing….As I already read and speak Hebrew (I'm not a concrete Judain…) I find your English translation somewhat disconcerting because it reads left to right….I suspect that it'south non possible to type English to read right to left…but I'm sure it would make learning Hebrew a lot easier if it were poss…
Blessings and shalom.

Anders Gunnar says:
Though not an NG version, I am working on a Tree of Life Time © ToL version with a focus upon such every bit pertain to Scripture date stamps, the Creator'southward own calendar and Biblical/Hebrew reckoning of time… All of which adds up to a much more accurate ancient chronology than what'due south been available for at least a couple of millenia. Or at least so it seems to me. Please enjoy, share, and exist blessed!: http://adamoh.org/TLT.htm

Is there an indicator that files are loading, other than browser? I let the page to load – and when it says 'done' (at the bottom left of my browser), and then I tried clicking on the words.
I utilise Firefox (fully updated). Imac, fully updated..with various tweaks loaded to enable windows based things to exist compatible. No probs with other sound/video on other sites. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no sound when I click on the words. I'll attempt once more subsequently to see if information technology works. Is anyone else having trouble hearing when they click on the words?

Wow. I found this yesterday and prayed through it iii times. Words cannot describe the emotion of praying to the Father in His ain tongue. Like visiting a foreign country and seeing them smile when nosotros try to antipodal in their native tongue rather than forcing them to speak in our own. This morning, I prayed through it again. Thank you for posting this. I hope to share it with others and volition mail about it on my web log.
